1. About Us

These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase and use of products from Dropless, operated by Tayfun Simsek trading as Dropless Brand AR-GE & Manufacturing, Wollongong, NSW, Australia.

By placing an order on dropless.com.au, you agree to these terms. Please read them before purchasing.

2. Products

All Dropless products are manufactured in Wollongong, NSW, Australia. Product descriptions, ingredient information, and directions for use are provided on our website and product labels.

• Products are hydrophobic protective coatings — they are not cleaning products unless specifically labelled as such
• Always read the product label and Safety Data Sheet (SDS) before use
• Follow all directions for use and safety warnings provided with each product
• Results may vary depending on surface condition, application technique, and environmental factors

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We do not store your card details — all payment data is handled by Stripe on their PCI-DSS compliant platform.

Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post and Sendle
• Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation
• Estimated delivery times are 2–7 business days depending on your location
• Tracking information will be emailed once your order is dispatched
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances outside our control

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

5. Australian Consumer Law — Your Rights

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

• Acceptable quality: Products must be fit for purpose, safe, durable and match their description
• Major failure: If a product has a major defect, you may choose a refund, replacement or repair
• Minor failure: We may offer a repair, replacement or partial refund at our discretion

These statutory guarantees are in addition to any voluntary warranty we provide and cannot be limited or excluded.

6. Returns and Refunds

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@dropless.com.au with your order number and a description of the issue.

• We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping at our cost
• Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days for unused, unopened products in original condition — return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense
• We do not accept returns of opened or used products unless they are defective

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

7. Product Use and Liability

Dropless products must be used strictly in accordance with the directions on the label and our website. Misuse of products may cause damage to surfaces or personal injury.

• Do not apply coating products to floor tiles, shower floors, bathtub surfaces, or any surface where a slip hazard could be created
• Keep all products out of reach of children
• Read the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) before use in a professional or commercial setting
• Test on a small hidden area before full application on sensitive surfaces

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss or damage arising from use of our products is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for consequential or indirect losses.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on dropless.com.au — including product names, descriptions, images, formulations, and the Dropless brand — is the intellectual property of Dropless Brand AR-GE & Manufacturing. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

If you have a complaint that cannot be resolved directly with us, you may contact the NSW Fair Trading on 13 32 20 or the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) at accc.gov.au.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of our website or purchase of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
